Porn can be defined many ways, and Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart once said of obscenity, "I know it when I see it."

Often porn is tossed about as expressing obscene, lewd, or lascivious behavior, but it can be also defined as sexual in nature. Quite broad definitions. To some, a nude is sexual. To others it is not. Some think Michaelangelo's David is lewd. Most do not. You will never please everyone, and do not even try to do so.

If your images' purpose is sexual gratification, it is probably porn most think of using the term. But a simple nude lifestyle image is not pornographic to most. Different, yes, but not pornographic.
