I tired to upload a jpg for the MM Pic of the Day 18+ contest and get a message that the file must be no larger than 16kb and 16 million pixels.  How do you get anywhere near 16 million pixels with a 16 kb file?  I started with a file that was 1900 x 2848 pixels, 7.9 x 11.9 inches, and 240 pixels/inch resolution.  I reduced it to a resolution of 75 pixels per inch and a very tiny 1 x 1.5 inches and the file was still 22.2 kb.  How do you get a decent sized image at 16 kb?  How can you have a file approaching 16 million pixels and stay at or under 16 kb?  When I click on a photo that has been entered in the contest and open the larger version, is it only 16 kb or less?  That's hard to believe!!!
