Small boobs!

Especially for jewelry that is large in size like crosses or large pendants. Somewhere around an A to B cup seems to work best, imho. They also give a smoother curve line to long necklaces too where they may get buried in large cleavage shadows otherwise. Problem is finding one who is small, but also has smooth skin, even coloring, no visible bones (sternum or ribs) or veins, no competing ink, etc. to go along with the jewelry. Tall ones tend to get a bit boney in the sternum area and the shine off that boney area competes against the jewelry shine. Something like Trish here:  The "veiny arm" thing which affects bracelet shots seems to happen around age 20 with a lot of models. Holding their arm above their head for a minute helps with that blood pooling (vein) issue with them and makes their arm look like they are in their early teens again, at least for a few moments.
