I know, I know...another one of these threads. I've seen photos in the past with similar looks to the following and I cant figure out how to achieve a similar result. It almost looks like theres some kind of low fill white layer or lack of contrast? I've tried a million times and cant come up with something I'm happy with. Any help would be great:
