I think it's a good basic effort.  Now, take it to the next level by focusing on details.

Examples:

You've addressed most of the obvious fly-aways, but there are still some along her back.  Also, fix up the small lighter hairs throughout the left side.

The hair along the right side definitely appears erased (i.e. cut off); perhaps paint some back.

Could use some extra healing.

Not especially liking the highlights on the left side of her lower lip; seems distracting to me.

For the eyes, possibly could lighten the irises a bit.  Also do more to remove lines/bags under the eyes.

i'm not the most expert here, but here is my opinion:

i like the photo, but her hand looks a bit weird to me, and the chair behind her distracts my eyes.
the retouching is great, but its way too overdone on an image like this, i would go for a cleaner look on images like this. if it would be a more "fashiony" shot, i would say its really great.
the liquifying looks good, her skin is good, but needs more work around the lower lips. the remove of the flyaways are great, but some parts looks blurry, use smaller brush when you are removing flyaways.
and nice job on the eyelashes and the eyebrows, i wish i could do it like this
