Depends on what you are going for. If you want it to be more realistic add more texture and some of the shadows back. Dim that nose a little bit and work on the eye.  Put some detail back in the lips.

The nose is a bit distracting for me in the edited version. The original doesn't seem to draw as much attention.

If you are going for surreal/fake - leave it the way it is. Make that eye more interesting.

Just my worthless opinion.

I like the concept.  You have managed to keep some skin texture which I like. I think the area you should look at sits right in the centre left of the image, which is why it is so important. The shaping of the nose and the cheek below the eye is really subtle.  I think your process has flattened this too much. If you could bring back some detail in this area, I think the whole effect would be more pleasing.

there's a bit of a dark line under her nostril, i'd soften remove that to match the the quality of the rest of the face
