Disagree they make the image more real.

The hair going down to the eyebrow might be one to remove. The others (on the forehead)  allow the image to feel natural.

Color is a problem.

That strand of hair to the camera right is distracting, and stray heres on the forehead could be cleaner.

If I were you, I'd just go for the plain old warm tones look. No split.
