How is this a photo related event?
It's not like a photographer is going to go to this to meet models.
It will probably be packed like sardines and so loud that even if you found a potential model it would be impossible to talk to her.

Even if this were in my neighborhood I would not go.

It's a social event.
Whether you would go or not, they are always targeting people who take scene photos. There are people out there who love to photograph movement. They also give jobs to models.
Maybe you're just not the target.

It appears that you have never been to a rave.
The two main functions of a rave are dancing to loud music and drinking.
The "scene" photos can not be used for anything because you are allowing 16 & 17 year old persons, otherwise known as minors. Since these minors can not enter into any contract any photos where they maybe recognized can not be used for anything.

Trying to hire a potential model when the potential model can not hear you over the music is simply counter productive. Not to mention where some unknown guy that is twice the potential models age approaches the potential model is not creepy to her at all.

What will the average decibel level of the music be? 60db, 70db, 80db or more?
