The others are sort of bleh, but only because they lack ideas and quality. Worst I'd say is the last one.. It just does nothing for me. Doesn't do a lot for your port either.  Otherwise great expressions, work on more professional shots and your golden! Oh, and your current avi is by far the best option. The last photo just doesn't seem to have any meaning or effort and looks like someone took it while you checked a text. I like the rest of your port and love your second photo.
