Everything is excellent to excellent+ condition. All glass is clean (free of dust, mold, fungus, haze) and sensor has just undergone a cleaning. Everything is in perfect working order. Camera body still has box and manuals as well as 120/220 film back and all caps. Charger for digital back batteries included as well. All has been used mostly in studio and has never been in rain or harsh elements. Awesome affordable kit to get into medium format digital.
