Limited to a maximum of 8 photographers to ensure everyone gets plenty of time working with each model and lighting set up.

OVERVIEW:

Learn sunrise swimwear photography with great models, beach scenery and professional instruction.  Bring your camera, lenses, and memory cards... we will provide the rest.  (multiple lighting set ups, models, and instruction)

HOUR ONE:  We begin with an overview of camera settings and lighting techniques specific to portable location lighting and overpowering the sun rise for dramatic, colorful sunrise imagery.  Shooting begins a little before sunrise.  I will be on hand to assist and answer your photography questions while you work.

To demonstrate that you do not need tons of studio lighting gear to get great results, for the second hour we will change our photography technique and work with natural light and reflectors/diffusers.  Attendees will be able to move the models to different locations around the beach and shoot a variety of backgrounds/settings.

TEAMS:

Photographers will be paired up in groups.  You will switch up models/photographers on a preset schedule.  We want to stress the benefits of using the "buddy system" at this workshop, by having one photographer shoot while the other assists with a reflector,etc.

THE WORKSHOP IS ONE WEEK AWAY!!!!!   You must pay up prior to the workshop date to attend.   

We will add more great models of different looks & ethnicities as more photographers sign up.  This is a scheduled event to make sure every photographer gets enough time to work with every model multiple times, using different locations and styles.
