Skin looks ok, white of the eye looks unnatural imo

I think both... too white and too clean. I'd also remove the spectra-light reflections.

Whites of the eye should have less cyan.

Everything is way to flat as you used the High Pass method, and there is really no need to.

Also, use hard brush here and there, this is skin, not rubber.

I think what you have done already is great.  Crease of eyes (shadows) seem just a bit too saturated.
