Hi FIT Dana.

Well, I decided to expand the Bacon celebration from the other day to a three day, Labor Day weekend pig out. We live in the heart of pork country here in Pennsylvania and have been enjoying various means of preparing and using bacon.

I don't know if the fact that you are FIT Dana that there would be an irony to your post and my response but the response is sincere.

Let's see. I slept in, played with my dog, went out to dinner with the hubs, and took my dog on a short walk before a storm came in.

Went to a night bouldering birthday party for one of the dudes who goes to the climbing gym I go to. He's my boyfriend's friend. It was an epic Broment for about two hours, until it came a massive thunderstorm and we had to hike back to the cars with just headlamps in a tsunami. That kind of sucked

Slept in after watching Kyle Busch win at Atlanta the night before.

When I got out of bed in the morning, I wondered why it's still called "Labor Day."
