You're welcome. "Stilted" means you are planning your poses. Try the 1-2-3 counting exercise:

Count one - change pose. Count two - change pose. Count three - change pose. Wash, rinse repeat -- only faster.

Your portfolio is average/filled with snapshots. Find a photographer. Dump "...health problems" in bio. Red flag. Keep at it you have a great look.

what does that have to do with a critique? just because I am unavailable now doesnt mean I can't get insight to imporve when I do start shooting again
