I set myself the goal of having six months worth of blog articles before launching my blog, and I'm pretty much there. I have 26 full detail articles for weekly release, and 20 quick notes for the occasional mid-week traffic boost.

All the articles are written, though I'll go through a couple more times to fine-tune them - just need to fill out the image content. (The blog's about photography on a budget - I want 2-3 images per article showcasing images shot with the tip/technique/gear that the article is about) Should have all I need within a month.

It's mostly a pet project - something to do with my spare time, but I'm so freaking stoked to get it started.

I've done a soft-launch of the blog, (here, with 2 sample articles) just to get opinions on layout / style / general opinions (feel free to pitch in via PM) so that I can make it as good as possible before the legitimate launch, and a Facebook Page for social media, which has given me a lot of input in the few weeks its been up.

I've been working on the project for a couple years now, and have really put effort into things this year. I will officially be a blogger - making enough money each month to buy a coffee from Starbucks, lol.
