There's nothing in that email screaming scam. But it's odd that Bettie would be contacting you on behalf of someone else.

MM has good info on scams here. https://www.modelmayhem.com/po.php?thread_id=575330

Be careful. Good luck.

Proceed with caution, but you can't tell from the email itself.

Click on full header button at the bottom of the email and look up his ip address

Enter the IP address in google and you'll find out where it comes from, if Nigeria it 110% as scam. .

However a Joe Mueller is an artist.  http://www.joemuellerart.com/pinup.html

Google 'globomail scams'

Or contact Joe directly via the 'contact' icon on his website via the link in an earlier reply.

It is definitely a scam. The language used says so, and if you google it you will see it is so.

The signs from every scam so far:

1. They specifically tell you it's not going to be nude/porn/adult
2. They allow escorts and will pay for their travel
3. It will done either near you or they will pay your travel
4. You will get a check in advance
5. You send part of the money to the MUA/Stylist/Janitor
6. It will be a generic mail domain account

It is a scam, dug further and they wanted information similar to bank statement or personal hacker type info. No agency wants your marital status. They might as well ask for your mothers maiden name.

It's a scam, or a lead-in for a bait and switch.

They are compiling a sucker list of people who respond to their generic form letter.
