I like the image, and the work that you've done to it. There are a few things
that caught my though.

catch lights are over the top
hair thats been fixed looks light and flat
filled in part looks to dark and obvious
some of the shading desaturates a little too much
highlight on shoulder is gone

one worthless opinion

You lost almost all the texture of the skin, now the skin looks airbrushed.
Hair looks a bit too sharp and the light in the eyes from the reflector is too strong, not natural.

I would recommend to try  D&B for the skin to have natural results.
