Hi Lorelei!

I would focus more on keeping the skin texture, this one seem a bit blurred. Did you use Gaussian Blur? I like the cyan tone in the hair and the skin color is in my opinion too pink. Lips and nails look great!

Retouching is wonderful and rewarding after time, have a good fun with it
