Also the hair on her neck looks obviously copied and flipped. I would either remove it on both side entirely or change the hair on one side enough so it's clear it's not an exact copy.  Really though in an image like this you don't often want stray hairs like that showing.

Also removing the hair on her forehead almost makes her forehead appear too large, I would either leave it or just crop the image lower to avoid the problem.

Agreeing pretty much with everything here, except the flipping hair thing - it doesn't look too obvious to me, but that's a taste thing I guess.

I would however say that the eyes are overdone and look a little bit like from the poster for vampire movies.
