I love smoothies, but this is pushing it! (around 4-5 cups) I'm typically hungry again by 10am. lunch is whatever I made the evening before. but in a smaller quantity. so yesterday I had one chicken breast and half a sweet potato (what I'm eating now) tonight I'm eating chili, so beans and meat. I will probably have a late night snack of a can of tuna with light mayo and mustard. I'll probably go to bed slightly hungry. fortunately, I'm almost on weight... though I just need to maintain through next weekend... so... yeah. One of my coaches is competing in the Brown/Masters division. He may already be down there actually... started yesterday Yeah, it's not good to cut water for BJJ competitions. because you'd basically be stepping on the mats dehydrated and lacking all your energy, though there are a few competitions that will let you weigh in early... but not common at all. If you can pack it on between your first and second match, that would probably be okay, though I don't think anyone does that either! the one I'm doing is local.
