So because no one is gonna answer...

Hair - Clearly cloned/copied hair with noticable repeated spots. I can see you used very soft brush to mask them.  Shit happens, but  try to avoid that sports. I liked the original hair.

Skin - The color tone is... Lot of desaturated spots, especially on the right side.
More healing would be better.
Maybe more contrast, some d&b, background fix.

There are some good free videos on the Web.

If you are photographer I would recommend Glyn Dewis, Calvin Holiwood, Gabor Richter.
They are Retouchers/Photographers.

GOOD: I do like the new mood of the image color etc...its subtle but it work.


BAD: excess cloning on the hair not good..
color correct skin... before you overlay a color treatment

THINGS TO POINT OUT: even flesh tones out in the skin , enhances the eyes and around them, fix crease in lips
