Hey Guys ...

How would this look be achieved in Post? Also, is there a specific type of lighting needed?

OMG! I've been dying to achieve colors like that, and also the skin tone, I love it!

How can I get tones like this:

Each image has different post work.  If you have an image you would like to look like a certain one I would be able to do it.  The first image was shot very well and retouched very well.

Colors are mixing. Your final color completely depends on your original image.

These images follow a pretty standard fashion retouching technique.

All the colors are applied in post.

Two primary ones being tan - like the skin, and blue - like the sky and water.

It's a matter of doing a lot of masking and recoloring.  Nothing too complex.

First look before and after

In short, I used curves to lighten the blacks and darken the mid tones, used a dark, saturated blue layer set to lighten to give it that blue haze, and then used another curves layer to bump up the reds and yellows in her skin.

Here are the .PSDS for both files. Hope this helps!
