So I guess I am trying to figure out what type of modeling I should concentrate on, print, commercial, beauty shots or (what I am hoping for) plus size. I am a little lost in my direction, any advice or agency recommendations?

You might be best off sampling everything out there.  You're not really agency standard, so I'd suggest that you not go too crazy beating down agency doors just yet.  It might be well to spend three to six months doing as much TF as possible in as many genres as interest you.  Not just to develop your portfolio, but to find out for yourself what you like and do well and what you don't.

Certainly follow the casting calls and put yourself in for any thing you think might work.  Don't knock yourself out of the running--there are plenty of people who will do that for you.  It wouldn't be a bad idea to put up a casting call or two yourself, from time to time.  And don't be shy about reviewing the portfolios of the photographers and sending a PM suggesting a TF shoot to those that interest you.

All IMHO as always, of course.
