I would just like a critique on all of my photos and an explanation on why you like the ones you do or don't. I'm a huge fan of constructive criticism, so fire away! Jun 07 14 05:14 pm Link I like this one https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33035590 The rest the photography is just not that great Jun 07 14 05:29 pm Link Modstudios wrote: I'd echo the same sentiments. Light seems to be a recurring problem, & a couple compositional things. Jun 07 14 05:42 pm Link Ditto on the above. That B&W shot (avatar) is very nice. You have a very strong physiognomy to pull that off well as you did. The others seem too snap shotish, other than the full-length studio color one (1st one). All your stat numbers look good for either a LA or NYC agency as well. Good luck. Jun 07 14 06:03 pm Link This is a nice modeling image [Things I would do differently, remove string of hair by models left ear, more powerful expression] Keeper image This I would remove Big logos are a big distraction Your back is hanging out Distracting background Crouched pose is not showing off your height Great smile Re-shoot Better controlled hair You have a mustache under your nose from the lighting Your eyes look like black saucers You have a tree sprouting from your head Lint or some kind of white fuzz above and just forward of models right ear Want a long looking neck, lower shoulder toward camera Great profile As a model have you contacted any agencies? I wish you well Jun 07 14 08:59 pm Link I love all of your images except these two: This ones very plain, looks more like a personal photo. and this pose is a bit weird to me and this one I would put as my avatar Its just very pleasant to look at. A healthy, young gorgeous model. Jun 07 14 10:15 pm Link Your Avatar and the one with you in the Blue and white dress above clearly show off your Beauty. The other images are not showcasing your pretty face or body. keep shooting and start looking at magazines like Teen Vogue and Elle to get ideas on poses. Practice all the time and also practice walking as if doing Runway. This will help with posture as well as training for when you choose to approach agencies.
