newly signed question
I am signed with a modeling agency in a large CA city. My question is that I have received a lot of MM invitations for side jobs with small boutique owners to model in their online look books. Is it okay to accept one of these jobs, even though I am signed with an agency? Confused newbie Jun 19 14 05:02 pm Link Did you sign a contract with agency ?, what does their contract stipulate ? Jun 19 14 06:11 pm Link There is no way to answer this question without knowing the agency and which contract you signed with them. Depending on what you signed, the answer can be "yes" or "no." I will tell you that I am from the Bay and we see some pretty loose, non-exclusive agreements here. If you signed one of those, it would be no issue. On the other hand, a couple of the agencies here use very tight, restrictive agreements. In that case, you might not be able to do it.
