I knowed a scrawny little thing, she barely had enough pooper to sit on.

Popped out a couple o' them squids and like a miracle an actual ass growed right on her, in the back there where it belongs.

Maybe it's like this - if you were full of squid skuirt, would you want to keep that in you? Eventually you would just swell up and bust open.
