#2 > my preference

But it depends on who you are trying to market to.

#1 Good smile. Safe and traditional headshot, but seen it a gazillion times.

#2 More magazine style. Just fix the shadow on his forehead and bump up the contrast and color grade for cool tones.

#3 Looks like a lot of other shots here on MM. Not necessarily a bad thing, but no one will take notice. BTW, I hate graffiti wall backgrounds. It is rarely used effectively.

Thanks!  I didn't want to go overboard with the retouching.  I just wanted it to look bluer, slightly nightime if that makes sense.  I was going to make it black and white actually, that's what I had in mind when I shot it, but then I changed my mind when I uploaded it.
