For the first time in my life I am dealing with allergies. No sir, I do not like it. Got to hit the drug store and try out some different drugs. The best thing you can do is not just medication but not allowing the allergens in your house and on you. Keep windows closed, don't dry clothes out on the line, shower after being outside. After the second day, I am symptom free and only use it every other day in the morning. Warm salt water really cleans the sinus system.
