With the 4th of July coming up, it seems everyone is doing their fireworks early! I've been having a blast (pun intended) this year photographing the shows... it seems I finally figured out how to shoot them without everything completely blowing out! Just wondering how other fireworks shows have been, there apparently have been a few duds in the area this year, would love to see anyone elses pics and/or learn a different way to photograph them!

Here's a few of mine from the 2 shows I've attended so far:

Great looking photos!

I'm staying inside, too hot here too stay out shooting. The best fireworks show I've ever seen was in the U.K. on Brighton beach.

Thank you! Most of our areas for tomorrow got cancelled; rain and storms coming in. I feel bad for those who haven't seen fireworks yet! It's hella hot here as well.

Those are really beautiful. I haven't seen any in a few years. Well, not up close and covered by trees;)

The best I ever saw was in Toronto one summer about 18-20 years ago, during a dinner cruise. Brighton was a close second.
