Looking to buy studio strobes asap, but here looking for a deal before i buy new.

I've had great experience with photogenic and alien bees strobes. Looking to buy either brand or something similar.

Or does anyone have recommendations for studio mono lights.

Thanks

You are in luck... I have been upgrading to Dynalite and have some GREAT Photogenic strobes.

I have both PL2500DR and PL1250DR models (I believe 2 of each, but may still want to keep one of the 1250s for some remote shooting.

Also have barndoor, grids, and grid holders.  The standard 7" reflectors, some of the 16" deep and even two of the beauty dishes one silver and one white...

But wait... there's more...

No... Not Ginsu steak knives, but the Remote controller and some receivers.  I loved Photogenic for this.  Throw the strobe way up high and make all the changes without having to move or change a thing.

You want even more, I also have a Pelican 1650 I think it is... Have it plucked out to hold two PL2500DRs and one PL1250DR as well as three reflectors and cable for pocket wizards

Even have some extra spare tubes for both as well.

I'm no longer shooting professionally, and rarely get the chance to use this equipment anymore. I'm looking to sell it to someone who will actually put this to use.

the kit consists of:

3: White Lightning Ultra 1200
multiple lighting modifiers (umbrellas)
multiple quality stands
hard shell carrying case for the lights
large carry bag for the stands and umbrellas.

I invested nearly $1500 into this equipment when I assembled the setup. Willing to let got for $850 obo

Will you be willing to break the set up. How much for just the strobes each?

Thanks

For which?  All?  Some?

Just sold one of the PL2500DRs for $300 as well as a remote set for $150 (Remote and 2 receivers)

I am probably looking at $300 each on the PL2500DRs and $250 for the PL1250DR

The Pelican case is pricey, but already configured (Also makes it a BREEZE to transport)

I could do $100 shipped for 2 PL1250DR, 1 PL2500DR, Pelican Carrying case, 3 7" reflectors and power cords and you have a nice (and protected travel studio)  I may be able to do better shipping... depends on where you are.

Basically doing $750 on the 3 lights, $150 on the case and $100 shipping

I have two beauty dishes, one silver interior and one white.  $100 each or $175 for the pair (which is almost like getting one free - they run $150)  Would have to figure out shipping, those are one where the shipping tends to be high because of the large size low weight.

Shipping is a big factor.  One light alone was $23 UPS Ground to Chicago.

If you wanted remote on all three lights, that would be $200 shipped for one remote and 3 receivers. (The 2 receiver kit with remote sells for $350 on Amazon, and each receiver is like $90 or so used and $130 new, so really giving you a discount on a set of 3 and throwing in the controller for free.

For the frames, grids, etc. larger reflectors, just give me an idea of what you are looking.
