This is the same link.  It still doesn't work and it doesn't seem to be a correctly formatted Dropbox URL.

If placing in dropbox folder, you can place in the 'public folder' then when ready, right click the image and click 'copy public link.'

Then can paste link here.

Oh and make sure dropbox is synced.
