Also, I love this movie. Look, we have something in common.

Yep, never has a movie affected me more than this. I was simply spellbound by it as a young teen, just blown away!

It looks gorgeously lavish on Blu Ray...

...quite definitely Mr Spielbergs defining moment!

I saw part of it as a kid and got a really weird feeling about Roy making all the mounds, creeped out. Then I saw it as an adult and just really loved it.

Goblet of Fire is the first Harry Potter book that I ever read. The funny thing is, while I was reading it, I pictured Alan Rickman as Professor Snape, and this was before any of the movies came out.

Why'd you read a random one in the middle? Lol.

Confession: I've never read any of the books. I got the first one, read a few pages and was bored. I was 8 and didn't really like reading, still don't. It's just hard for me to turn off the rest of my mind and immerse myself in words. I'm a visual person. I DO want to read them... some day. I've been reading this current book I have for like at least a year. And the thing is, I LOVE it. It's a great story and something I'm super into. It's so just challenging to get into a book.

Yeah, it definitely just hits a soft spot in my heart. Though I was just introduced to "View Askewniverse" movies within the last year. So the love is fresh! big_smile

I sobbed to it several times. But that was a decade ago and I haven't seen it since. I wonder how it would affect me now.

It just happened to be the first one I bought. It had just come out, and I wanted to see what it was all about. After reading it, I had to buy the first three books and read them too.
