Anyone for some Velvia?
Love that stuff. 5x4 Velvia 100 - - - Jul 13 14 07:43 am Link Back in my photo lab days (lab rat), we called Velvia "the clown film". If you want saturated colors there is no substitute. We only had the 50 ISO back then. Jul 13 14 09:57 am Link Every X series Fujifilm camera I have lets me get VELVIA at the flick of a switch. I compared the real Velvia film and the Velvia digital and it's hard to tell which is which. It is like scanning the real film velvia into a digital image. Fujifilm invented Velvia, so they have the authority to make it to a digital clone. You can play around with this image by going to this page: (Velvia is second on top from left. Jul 15 14 03:35 pm Link I don't know what velvia is but it looks great! Jul 15 14 03:43 pm Link DxO Optics sells a program that edits your RAW camera files and can simulate the analog grain/texture/response of any film including Fuji Velvia.
