I noticed my version of the NIK Collection shows this:

Version: 4.3.16.323 x86 (2005-323)

I went to the website and it shows an update yesterday 7-14-2015 to the NIK Collection program.

Supposedly, it auto-updates, but mine possibly hasn't as the download I'm doing manually shows this number:

NikCollection_1.204_2105-323.exe

I'm guessing that the (2005-323) of mine is old, and the 2105-323 from the download is the newest?  They aren't really clear on the version numbers and how to read them.

It's a big download to at 421 MB (1 hour here!) and I had to get it from my original download email from Google too since the auto-update isn't working for me.  Don't know if it requires Chrome for the auto-update either so I did it from the email link.

I also noticed there is some separate download for the Capture NX2 plugin (CEP3NX2-Complete_3.004_41316_2012-01-09_nx2_us_win_dl.exe) but the date appears old if it was Jan. 9 2012 or Sept. 1, 2012 depending on the date code so maybe not needed.

After I got the download, it reports "The version I currently have is newer than the downloaded verison."

I don't get their version numbering system and somehow doubt if yesterday's update is on the computer now.
