Not bad, but the 3-strip seems to do nothing because your original is already so saturated.

Sorry... but that looks nothing like a chemical bleach pass.

The highlights are way too saturated and "electric"

I think you'd have to take that up with Photoshop.

He's not creating the LUTs, they are in CC. He's just running them on images to see what happens.
