I just put a piece a frozen barbequed lamb and a chicken thigh in my microwave and punched the button. Then I saw a fly flying around inside the microwave. What's a Mother to do?

What's a Mother to do? Keep your eyes open, my friend. Or you could just consider it "free meat" like my dad's friend did years ago, when joking about the insect he found in his son's candy.

Sorry, I got the words of the title a little out of order. That's what I meant when I was thinking about experiments with my appliances, and nuking a fly.

Snatch your food out of the microwave, nuke the fly, put food back and finish nuking it. Serve with a nice, dry red wine. Enjoy.

Nuking a fly should only be a few short seconds if you want to keep the fly moist and succulent. Kermit the Frog says "Time's fun when you're having flies"

Nonionising radiation has enough energy to move things around inside a cell but not enough to change cells chemically. The radiation from a microwave oven is nonionising. Thats been dis-proven time and time again. (the part about them being dangerous)

Eh, it's time to consider a diner, fine restaurant or a dive where the flies have assigned tables. I do not allow the serving of food that a fly has liquefied into in my house. Now, your house Click, if(?) I were ever invited- I'd steer clear of the "bits" dip next to the "wings".
