Not trying to be a smart ass just trying to understand the same thing the OP is. What is mature and what ain't is sort of hard to guess sometimes.

My point is the image in question, I think it is mature by content by the way, is considered mature because the pubic area is showing but to me I would disagree with that.
Now it is obviously a nude image  so that probably makes it mature, technically speaking, but if you are going solely by the rules I would dispute the pubic area being in view.

I suppose it is a matter of opinion and in the moderators opinion it is showing and they are the keepers of the gate so that's that. We do need to comply with their decisions or there would probably be chaos. So I will defer to that opinion even though I don't agree with it.

I think the pubic area is any area that one would normally expect to be naturally covered by pubic hair if that hair were not trimmed/waxed/shaved/etc. out of existence.

I would think every model would be aware of where their pubic area begins (and where the need for maintenance ends.
