I have heard of avocado being used in chocolate smoothies before because it's just creamy and kind of neutral, but cilantro? Or avocado without chocolate? Is this a traditional Korean thing, or part of the Tex-Mex side? I'M JusT So CURiouS I think it's a Tex-Mex thing. Or maybe just a Texas thing. I dunno. Every Tex-Mex place in Austin that serves street food serves that same drink. Avocado, condensed milk, chocolate syrup, cilantro. It's actually really amazing. You should try it [perhaps with a sweetened soy milk, since you're vegan] 1/2 avocado, 2 cups soy milk [sweetened], chocolate sauce to taste, 1 really small handful of cilantro. Puree the ever-loving shit out of it. I like to put a little ice in mine as well. With the soy milk it may be a little thin, I've never tried it that way. Let me know how it goes for you!

Booooo I'm sorry Next time I hit the Asian market, I'll look to see if there's anything similar that's vegan friendly. If I find one, I'll let you know.
