Your lens selection is wise... a 105mm (full frame equivalent) at f8 is SOP for portraiture...

Skin tones are decent... albeit there are artifacts in the transition of hair/background... be gentle with your sharpening here... less is more...

That said, your pose dynamic lacks polish... you are hunched over wrinkling the shirt... would benefit for collaboration with a wardrobe stylist...

Cartagena Mayhem is a hobbyist site... primarily males, they aren't appreciative of male portraiture thus the lack of comments here... Sadly for male talent Mayhem isn't an ideal place to showcase their work... That is unless your bring breathtaking excellence to the image equation such as Dance etc...

Finally your branding watermark is way too dominate here... it does nothing for the narrative except distract... please consider losing it... at the upper reaches of the industry watermarks disappear completely... the sooner you understand why the easier your path forward will be... branding belongs on your business card, correspondence etc. not on visuals of your work...
