Hello wonderful, helpful people. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a place to shoot in SF indoors with a balcony and roof access (I.e. Loft etc)Preferably a private place so I don't have to be a bother to the public. If anyone can shed some light on this inquiry it would be much appreciated. Thank you

Try AirBNB, VRBO, etc.

Balcony and roof access is a tough call! However, the Hyatt Regency has balcony rooms facing the bay and the Embarcaderos (next door) have public access spaces which could give the impression of being on a roof.

If those don't work I'd Google boutique hotels in SF and call them one at a time because none of the big hotels are going to let you on the roof unless you have one smooth talking locations person and permits.

I agree with the Air BnB suggestion. A lot of apartments in SF have roof access, and a lot of people sublet when they're out of town.
