How they achieve this AMAZING AFFECT?
Hello everybody, lately I've been seeing many professional photographies with this effect. The shades and the "blacks" look like they are coloured. They give colour to the dark parts of the image. HOW THEY DO IT??? please help me! http://www.vogue.it/en/photovogue/Portf … 0687/Image http://www.vogue.it/en/photovogue/Portf … b754/Image http://www.vogue.it/en/photovogue/Portf … e389/Image http://www.korayparlak.com/EN/Work/Late … laire/997/ http://www.korayparlak.com/EN/Work/Late … laire/997/ The shades look like blue, or violet or green. But just the shades, all the other colours are kept quite original. what do you think? Aug 11 14 04:07 pm Link Raise the bottoms of the r, g and b curves. Aug 11 14 04:15 pm Link Make a layer of color, put it above and play with blend modes, particularly screen. Aug 11 14 04:16 pm Link Make a luminosity mask and use it to replace part of the image with another layer. Aug 11 14 04:17 pm Link Maybe play with a colored layer and the 'blend-if' sliders Aug 11 14 04:20 pm Link Selective color layer adjustment and change the blacks so that the yellow slider moves negative. *** This one seems to be the quickest Click for larger Aug 11 14 04:22 pm Link thank you for the answer, I did how you told me but I still cannot do it. when I play with the colours, the colours change in the whole picture, instead I want to change just the blacks and the dark shades please tell me more, I really appreciate it Aug 11 14 04:36 pm Link oh now I'm gonna try, thank you!!!!
