I don't need the feedback in return but I have to give you some.  You are working with really bad photographers.  Look at the quality of your images.  No matter how good/handsome you look, if the quality of your images is terrible, it will make you look like an amateur.  These look like they were taken with a cell phone and I'm not even trying to be mean.  I could have seriously set this up in a garage, with "eh" lights, and then used my cell phone and gotten the same exact quality or maybe even better.  The quality at JCPenny is better than this.  I am not sure if you can or can't tell the difference.  I saw your other pictures before of you on a hill and I told you the quality of those were bad.  These are worse.  Did you choose this photographer or did they contact you and you said yes?  Either way, stop doing this to yourself.  Work with better people.

I think the newer photographers were a little better this time around.

The poses were a little too many of the same, upper body with squared off facing and slight look off into the direction.

They are okay, but I just think you need a bit more variety of poses now.

Try to angle things at 45 or 90 degrees next time, avoid too many 0-2 degrees from squared off which is just "kinda there". Be "really there". wink

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'll take it into consideration when handling my next shoot.

Your portfolio needs more balance between studio, product (catalog photos), and lifestyle shots.  You have a hint of a smile in the last photos, do something that shows you are alive.

I don't want feedback either, but I'll throw in my two cents: it looks to me like you're not putting much energy out toward the camera. In most of your shots you look like you're getting your picture taken for your driver's license or passport photo. Bring more attitude -- sexy, friendly, angry, whatever. Just be careful you don't overact it.

Your photographers should be able to pose you to bring out the angles that make you look your best, since it's hard for you to know what the camera is seeing at any given moment, but you should also start to learn what works well for you too.

You might work out some kind of story behind your shoot with the photographer -- you're playing a character doing something, so you would probably do well to know who he is and why he's doing it.

Hope this helps!

I appreciate it guys, all in all I have to be more into it and not really half ass as much. So far all te photographers have initiated the collab work because I have a lot of other shit going on as far as school, my job, gym, social life. I know what must be done so thanks for the brutal honesty that brought it to light for me.
