Who do you think is the worst video game company?

I would say EA.

Mass Effect was my second favorite game ever. Bioware made it when they were independent. The game was almost complete at retail-- with no real incentive to pay more for extra content.

After Mass Effect came out, EA bought Bioware.

Mass Effect 2 was now an episodic game, with huge emphasis on buying more downloadable content. Special characters, weapons, and plots were only available if you continued to plunk down more money for more episodes, AFTER you had already paid 59.99 for the game.

Mass Effect 3 was more of the same.

When Bioware was independent, they made one, practically full version of the games they released. Now, under EA, you have to keep paying again, and again, and again, just to get the full plot, characters, and locations.

Making me no longer support one of my favorite companies makes EA my least favorite game company...

EA is the company most likely to screw up an existing game with a pop-up ad that precludes playing the original game.

I'll say Blizzard, because Diablo III is a pretty terrible game in comparison to Diablo II, and while World Of Warcraft was a really good game at release, their constant changes to remove play and dumb down content has turned it into a pathetic joke of a game.

I am gonna add Trion Worlds to that list.

They had a neat idea with Defiance but after the latest patch things broke to the point where server lag has made the game pretty much unplayable.

And every new patch breaks things that were never broken before the patch.

Plus lack of new content, sacking half the dev team once the game went live..... Brilliant choices there..

At least Firefall is fun and I really need some mates in that game to do stuff.
