Interesting facts ...
I went to a wedding this past weekend. My friend's son was getting married without a lot of money so she asked me if I'd shoot the video. That's something I can do if they aren't looking for a Spielberg or Scorsese type production. The DJ they hired was on the low end of things, too (not that great). When the people getting married don't have to pay for these things, it's really not that big a deal. It's not the point, anyway. A lot of the people in the crowd seemed to lose their mind when the DJ played one particular song ... Wobble Baby. I had only heard the song once before and that was about a year ago. It turns out this song came out in 2008! Needless to say, I'm way behind the times. What's something you picked up at a wedding that you thought was interesting? Seen it all and heard it all.... 😎 Sep 15 14 06:40 am Link I attended one where the wedding planner was trying to micro-manage everything at the reception. She had a seating chart. Really. She had dictated the playlist to the DJ, and the music royally sucked. When she tried to get everyone up to do the Makarena, the groom took her aside and scolded her. Then he told the DJ to play good dance music, and finally everybody started having a great time. Sep 15 14 01:32 pm Link I recently did the photography for a friends wedding, all went well but at the evening party I got some photos I didn't expect to get...the best man dashed onto the dance floor totally naked, did a few jigs and was gone!
