Ask people for comments on the shout on, on the main page, and the forums. Offer critique back. Post a link to reddit. Share links relating back to the site.

I also advise looking at various ports and commenting. You will often get comments back without asking...... begging for feedback seems to me to be needy. Use the List feature. It is a way to get more views if folks list uyour images. Also post in the forums. You would be surprised how many folks will click to see your work. IOW network.
