I am looking to rent a studio in Chicago to shoot glamour, fashion and portraits on a periodic basis.  Unfortunately, many studios I have approached are unaffordable for the typical hobbyist such as myself.

Would appreciate knowing the availability of a reliable and economical studio which offers this.  Any assistance is much appreciated.

There used to be a camera store in the 90s on Broadway about 3-4 blocks north of Diversey. It was on the South East corner of the street.

They maintained a studio above them on the 2nd floor including lights. It wasn't huge but big enough for most stuff. It also had a bathroom.

Have no idea if it still exists - I moved from Chicago to Southern CA at the turn of the century.
