I can recommend KelbyOneLive. It is a training seminar conducted by Scott Kelby. He travels about giving these seminars. Just last Friday I attended one here in Houston. It was called How to Shoot Like  a Pro.  It was geared to new photographers but I enjoyed it immensely. Well worth a $89 for an all day seminar.
