Hey everyone so i am a brand new model looking for some help on where to start, If there is anyone who is willing to help me it would be appreciated. I am looking to start my portfolio any help is good.

some people get their gigs in the casting/travel section.

you can also hit up local photographers of interest. use the browse feature and then tag/message ones you are interested in.

if you want comments/friends/lists then run around doing that to others and some will respond in kind.

but basically the message is to participate and use the available resources. maybe some can but i wasn't able to just sit back and wait for models to come to me (at least at first).

Two places for a new model to find help are the Big Buddy Thread at the top of this forum and the 3rd List in the Model Colloquy thread.  Lots of people in both places willing to help you get off on the right foot.
