Does anyone know about these agencies? How legit/good are they?

Is B&M Models really strict in terms of height? Thanks!

The ACTRA Toronto website is pretty helpful when it comes to this.
Although they only deal with Talent agencies most claim to do both models and talent.

ACTRA claims they can't recommend any particular agency, but they do have a politically correct way of doing that by listing agents that subscribe to EIC ethical guidelines:

Similarly, they won't tell you who the fakers, scammers, and underqualified agents are... but they do have a 'No Cheques" list of agents, which is once again a politically correct way of warning people about them:
