The following represent image types that are allowed on Model Mayhem but must be marked "M" by their owners and must follow the Keep Model Mayhem Worksafe rule:
- female nipple or areola
- bare buttocks (thong or not)
- flaccid penises
- pubic area (whether hair is present or not)
- implied sexual activity
- bondage
- depictions of blood
- depictions of violence
- depictions of drug use
- see-through or semi-transparent clothing or body paint which shows any of the above
- profanity
- promiscuous llamas
This falls under "bare buttocks (thong or not)".
Personally, I don't think it's 18+ given the smut our kids can see on TV every day but rules are rules - if one doesn't like them, they have the option of canceling their account.

I can't see why there have been many more racy images allowed to be used as avatars than this
